• No pets in the house at any time.
• Please remove your ski and snowboard boots at the door or mudroom.
• Please do not bring ski/snowboard equipment into house. Please leave in garage or mudroom.
• Please report ANY damage to the property and furnishing immediately to the property managers.
• Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
• No unsupervised minors in the hot tub.
• Please do not spray sunscreen or sun tanning lotion in the house or on the patio.
• Quiet hours- There are no quiet hours; however the tenant must respect the quiet enjoyment of the surrounding residents.
• Please turn off all the lights and A/Cs and lock all the doors and windows when not on the property.
• Please dont leave the garage door open unattended.
• Please dont burn any candles or incense inside the house.
• Please clean up all spills right away so as to not attract rodents or bugs.
• No parties or events held at the house without prior written approval from the property manager.
• Since the barbeque does not have a ventilation system, please close the patio doors when using the barbeque to prevent smoke from getting into the house.
• Please clean the barbeque after each use.
• Please run the garbage disposal before running the dishwasher.
• Please remove the lint from the dryer after each use.
• Please do not take the indoor furniture out to the patio.

CHECK OUT GUIDELINES

We hope you had an excellent time in Park City. Before you leave, we ask that you please check the following list to assist us in preserving our villa for our next guests:

• Check out time is at 10:00 am.
• Late check out requires prior written approval from the property manager and is not guranteed due to turn around times.
• Please dispose all garbage before departing the villa.
• Please load all the dirty dishes into the dishwasher and run the dishwasher.
• Close and lock all doors and windows and turn off all the lights and heaters and A/Cs.
